Outburst Festival Guidelines and Regulations

1. All Vendors are prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages or bringing glass bottles/containers onto the festival site or its surroundings.
2. All Vendors are prohibited from selling any memorabilia such as T-shirts, buttons, posters, banners, balloons, etc., with reference to Outburst UK Black Pride Festival on the grounds of Outburst UK without a written agreement with Outburst UK for the collaborative sale of said merchandise.
3. All food vendors will be required to produce a valid Food and Hygiene certificate.
4. All monies must be maintained and stored out of public view at all times. Outburst UK assumes no responsibility, nor is liable or accountable for any lost and/or stolen monies of any Vendor.
5. It is the responsibility of each Vendor to secure off-site storage facilities.
6. Outburst UK shall assign Vendor spaces.
7. All Vendors are responsible for cleaning the space allotted to them and transporting their debris to the bin(s) provided.
8. No security shall be provided by Outburst UK for installations left overnight.
9. Outburst UK, its successors, assignees and all persons acting under its authority are not responsible for inclement weather and its effects. All fees and transactions are final. NO REFUNDS.
10. All non-profit organisations must show proof of non-profit status to the relevant Outburst UK representative. Well know charities are exempt.
    
11. Vendors understand that Outburst UK has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt the festival. Vendors shall hold Outburst UK, its assignees, and all persons acting under its authority, harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event.
12. Outburst UK reserves the right to revise these guidelines without prior written consent and/or notification. No part of this agreement may be changed in any way or altered without the written, signed permission of Outburst UK.

Mechanical Requirements

OUTBURST UK shall provide SPACE ONLY or A 6’ x 3’ table to each Vendor. Vendor set up must fit within the
space provided. Space Only Vendors are responsible for providing their own display fixtures as needed.

Additional spaces are available at an amount equal to the original space/s paid for.

Deadlines
Vendor contracts must be finalised and paid in full before the festival. Spaces shall be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Applications received early and paid in full will be listed in our Souvenir Festival Guide (when available) and on the web site. Applications received after this deadline will only be considered by lottery if space is available and will incur a £20.00 late booking fee.
